O Dia International da Animação (DIA) is an exhibition of Brazilian and international animated short films in several cities from north to south of Brazil. The Official Exhibition is shown simultaneously, on October 28th. The Brazilian event celebrated its 20 years in 2023 inviting artists to animate 11 frames, following a guideline, for the anniversary trailer. Camila Kater was one of the artist invited. She made her animation in stop-motion with plasticine under the rostrum camera.
Besides, Kater also colaborated before in the concept of the 2017’s trailer alongside crafting the princess head in epoxy.
