Inspired by my worst fear when I was a child, which was Jesus Christ, I’m willing to portray how religious indoctrination affected me. “The Lord be with you” explores through horror, comedy and music the contrasts between a playful childhood, a very blonde Jesus with big blue eyes and terrifying idea of communion: eat and drink Jesus’ flesh and blood.
The project has been selected by the Brazilian funding Lei Paulo Gustavo for short films.
